Korean premium seasoning brand by SlowFoodLab, founded in 2017 with soy sauce, the most basic Korean condiment. Its mission is to make everyday home cooking easier, tastier, and healthier with honest, additive-free staples.

Products are slow-simmered from natural ingredients such as Korean soybeans, sun-dried sea salt, apple, pear, onion, garlic, and shiitake, with no synthetic sweeteners, colorings, preservatives, or flavor enhancers. The lineup has grown from its signature Seasoned Soy Sauce and Kids' Soy Sauce to grain syrups, fruit syrups, natural seasoning powders, desserts, and gift sets.

Distribution: sold through its own D2C online store and premium Korean retail channels, including Shinsegae Department Store and Oasis Market, and available to U.S. consumers through Wooltari, a Korean food marketplace in the U.S.
