SPOONKEY is a Korean kimchi brand by Open Sauce Lab, a K-food R&D company, created as a key that opens Korean food culture to the world. The brand reimagines kimchi for modern, global lifestyles: easy to enjoy without the hassle of refrigerated storage, and versatile enough to go far beyond a side dish, from ramen and fried rice to pasta, tacos, and soups.

SPOONKEY Stir-Fried Kimchi is a ready-to-eat, shelf-stable 80g pouch with the rich, savory flavor of traditional Korean stir-fried kimchi, made for rice, lunchboxes, travel, camping, and hotels. SPOONKEY Kimchi V is a new-concept freeze-dried kimchi block made from stir-fried kimchi, individually packed in 7g portions. About 85% lighter than regular kimchi with less odor, it can be dropped into dishes, crumbled, mixed, or used as a seasoning or topping.

Kimchi V was recognized with the 2022 SIAL Paris Innovation Award in the Grocery Savoury Products category and is already available to U.S. consumers on Amazon. SPOONKEY is now looking for wholesale, retail, and distribution partners in the U.S.
