BRICKSAND

BRICKSAND was founded in 2020 by a husband-and-wife team, an architect and a chemist, who turned the everyday brick into a dessert. Each financier pairs a crisp outside and moist inside with the nutty flavor of almond flour and browned butter.

Starting from a single shop in Dongtan, the brand now runs flagship, to-go, café, and duty-free stores across Seoul and Incheon Airport, with sweetness kept more than 30% below comparable desserts and no artificial additives.

Shelf life is 7 days refrigerated and 2 weeks frozen. Available in gift boxes from 1 to 24 pieces.
